We had everything we needed - and more if you've forgotten anything - for our short stay. Lovely, spotless room (church view) just like the pictures, with gated parking. Apart from being a pleasant host, Jenny provided excellent, easy to follow check in information and details of places to eat and drink, which were all very close by.

it was a perfect location, just a few steps from the High Street and the harbour. Alhough the summer has been unusually warm, the room was breezy in the evening and overnight, and I didn’t need the tower fan that was provided to get a good night’s sleep each of the four nights I stayed. There was tea and coffee and plenty of cold water in the fridge. The clawfoot cast-iron bathtub was wonderful. The host was attentive and responded quickly to my questions.

Lovely room at the top of 2 flights of stairs. Enough space for the 2 of us and luggage. Clean. Good shower. A good selection of tea &coffee. A payable mini bar. Good shower and the host has some toiletries for use if you’d forgotten anything. The location is great 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants. My advice is read the message from the hotel with the check in details (I didn’t) it a key lock box the code is in the message attachment . Jenny didn’t mind at all that I hadn’t read it and luckily she was close by to help out.

I had a very pleasant stay at Quayside Quarters. It’s in a quiet street just off the quay in Poole. My room was clean and comfortable and the owners made sure I got in OK and allowed me to leave my bag in the building for a couple of hours after I vacated the room. I would certainly like to stay again when next I need accommodation in Poole.

Perfect stay at the Harbour

An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The host was amazing, leaving us to enjoy our stay but responding straight away to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property, and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning again.

Lovely property, great location.

Ideal base for exploring Poole and the surrounding area. Property is lovely in a very quiet area but just a very short walk to the quayside and lots of bars and restaurants. Jenny is very helpful and supplied a very well stocked honesty bar. Also provided lots of information based on her extensive local knowledge.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, in a quiet street but less than a minute walk to the quay. As others have said, Jenny is so so helpful with just about anything. Nice room with nice en-suite, nice breakfast, nice everything. If we return to Poole, this property will be the one for us.

A really beautiful and very pleasant stay. The location was ideal with everything we could ever need within walking distance. I really appreciated the communication before our arrival, to see if there were anything we needed and to make sure we had everything prior to check-in, we really felt well looked after throughout. The room and house was immaculately clean, peaceful, and full of warm, homely touches that made us feel instantly at ease. From the comfortable furnishings to the attention to detail throughout, everything was designed to ensure a relaxing, private and comfortable experience. Cannot fault this beautiful, homely stay or the kind and attentive host. Overall a a wonderful, welcoming stay and an exceptional host.

The place to stay in Poole!

Beautiful house in an ideal location with all the comforts of home plus some. Minutes walk from the centre of the old town/quayside where you’re literally spoiled for tremendous places to eat and drink or get on a boat. The RNLI college is also only minutes away and well worth a visit. Extremely well-stocked honesty mini-bar in the room and a really helpful selection of the toiletries you forgot to bring in the bathroom. And an amazingly detailed folder of all the local information you didn’t know you needed. If/when I return to Poole this is where you’ll find me!
