Holiday home Casa Cittar is a charming stone house opposite Materada beach in Porec, Istria. Spread over two floors, it offers a serene retreat for up to five guests. The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Outside, you will find a spacious, fenced garden with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. This property is perfectly positioned for beach access and is close to the historic center of Porec.

As our guest at Casa Cittar, you will enjoy complete and private access to the entire holiday home, which is spread across two comfortable floors. You have full use of the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the cozy living area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, you can relax in your own spacious, fenced garden, which is perfect for enjoying meals prepared on the charcoal grill or simply unwinding in the fresh Istrian air. The property also includes two dedicated parking spaces for your convenience.

Whether you seek relaxation or local exploration, our location offers the perfect setting for your Istrian getaway.



Getting Around:

We recommend arriving at Casa Cittar by car for the best flexibility. Your stay includes two private parking spaces at the property. If flying, Pula Airport is about a forty five minute drive away. While public buses reach the Porec station, we suggest a rental car or taxi to reach our quiet Materada neighborhood comfortably. During summer, local tourist trains and shuttles connect the coast to the historic town center.



Other Things to Note:

Included services consist of wireless internet, towels, bed linens, air conditioning, and free street parking.

Please note that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

To ensure compliance with public safety regulations, all guests must complete an online check-in process, which includes providing identification.

Pets are welcome for a fee of 10.00 EUR per day, though dangerous dog breeds are not permitted.

We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00.
