The detached villa built in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. garden

Porec. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
