A laid-back contemporary apartment for 4 people, set in the park of Porto Letizia, on the northern shores of Lake Lugano. This ground-floor apartment is ideal for a family or friends in search of a relaxing holiday, with a multitude of activities to choose from.

The main living area has double glass doors that lead out onto the private terrace. It is furnished with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs and there is an open-plan kitchen. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.

Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, extensive storage and a glass door out the private garden.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The new tiled bathroom has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The apartment is in the park of Porto Letizia, in the charming town of Porlezza. The resort enjoys direct access to the lake with a communal beach, where visitors can hire paddle boards and other water sports equipment. During the months of July and August, there is also a children’s entertainment program. There are dining options on-site, including a stylish café bar and Italian restaurant.

Away from the lakeside guests can enjoy hiking or mountain biking through unspoiled forest and alpine scenery.

For self-catering, the Porlezza market takes place on the lakeside every Saturday. Here you can find beautiful Italian fashions as well as the best local food and wines. The town centre is just a 5-minute walk from the resort. Here visitors can take ferries to explore the lake.

The Swiss city of Lugano, with its many museums and markets, is just a 25-minute drive away.

The closest international airports are Milan Malpensa 1 hour 35 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 2-hour journey.
