“We had a wonderful stay at Jilba Cottage. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The fire pit looks amazing. We didn’t get to use it as the weather wasn’t in our favour but I can imagine great nights sitting around the fire. The view is amazing! The directions were clear and Jo was quick to answer all emails. If you’re looking for a quiet, back to nature stay this is a great option. ”

“The Grange on Calgan Farm is placed on beautiful grounds with views over the Kalgan River. It is very quiet and relaxing, however, even though it is advertised as pet and child friendly the host is not particularly friendly towards dogs and children. We had a lovely time in Albany, and spent hardly any time at the Grange, with two adults, two teenage children and a labrador, expecting a dog friendly place, as it was advertised, but did not feel welcome with our dog.
