“William is a top host! He helped us with everything we mentioned. There are quite a lot of things in the object you wouldn’t be fine with, when you have to live there. As a temporary home it’s fair enough. The best thing was the big pool; they took care every second day I think. The kitchen equipment is rich, we didn’t miss anything. The BBQ place is not very inviting. The beds in the room downstairs make horrible noises when you move :-) . We will have it on our list for our next holiday(s)....

“Great house for a group, with plenty of space for everyone. Located in a quiet area but only a short walk to the beach and to the old town. 4 supermarkets nearby and an excellent wine shop. The pool, outdoor space and BBQ were great for socialising and the kitchen was well appointed and equipped for the number of guests.”

Dieses Ferienhaus ist uns dann aufgefallen und wurde auch sofort für 2 Wochen gebucht.Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und reibungslos ab. “Nice view from the villa. Well equipped kitchen and house e.g. spices, olive oil and candles that we used outside in the evening. Air condition was nice to have. The beds need to be replaced. Overall a very nice villa and L’Escala was a positive experience with many things to see, many restaurants. The closest beach was a very beautiful sand beach.”

“Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist das Objekt leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. “Mängel” wurden innerhalb einer Stunde beseitigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Die checkin Zeit ist leider erst um 17 Uhr. Der eigentümer wohnt unten drunter, kriegt man aber nicht viel von mit aber er ist nett. Die Küche ist nicht sonderlich gut eingerichtet aber das nötigste vorhanden. Von den Treppen zum Haus und zum Pool sollte man aufjedenfall noch Bilder mit in das Inserat...
