“One issue: the spiral staircase to the third floor lookout was completely detached from upper balcony. While the staircase can’t actually “fall” anywhere, just walking on or pushing it could create a sizable opening between top balcony and staircase. Anyway, I didn’t see this as a host issue so much as a builder issue that NEEDS addressing. The place was nice and had enough room for our family. The community is a nice place and was quiet enough that we could take strolls on the community...

Away from the chaos and bustling of town, but only about five to ten minutes from most venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.”

Bring a few ziplock bags and you’ll be set. The location is PRIME. Views of the beach and the town with 3 balconies was wholly unexpected. “Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo...

Also we lost access to the condo at 9 am instead of 11 am. Good think my husband was inside when I got locked out the property.”
