“We stayed here for a girls trip & it was the perfect spot. Short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, & 10 min drive to restaurants. We loved the karaoke machine & open layout of the main living area. It was also nice to have the shaded area under the house to hang out & visit. ”

“The description of the property matched exactly. Check in and out were very easy and the homeowner made sure we were settled in and was available if needed. We are a family of 4 and it was so nice for our kids to have their own room and restrooms. The option of the golf cart was a treat! Check in was 4pm and check out was 11am. It was ready for check in right on time. This would be a great place to stay again if we were able to stay longer. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven...

“10/10 would recommend! Owners of the house were very kind, quick to respond, and proactively communicative! I was a little apprehensive of booking a home across the highway from the beach, but it honestly wasn't an issue at all. The beach access was literally right across from the neighborhood. Next door is also the community pool and playground, which was perfect for the toddlers and big kids. House was very clean and had all the supplies needed! We look forward to booking with them again next...

“Absolutely wonderful stay at Padens Place! We loved how close we were to the beach and the pool was perfect to unwind at the end of each day! Master bed was so comfy and we loved the walk in shower. AC was excellent and the large table was perfect for our family meals. Thank you for giving my family a great weekend and a beautiful property to stay in. ”
