“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools.

“The view from each room of the Gulf, Beach and Sunset was unobstructed. The well maintained condo, building and grounds were very comfortable and welcoming. The elevator is a good sized cab and adequate for all our luggage. Certainly helps with our aging bones and joints, eve though we were only on the third floor.
The only problem I had was the designated parking spaces were too difficult to park my Ford F150, so I had to park 1/2 block down the road: an easy walk.

“The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. “Office was closed for most of our stay and we had difficulty with entering our cabin and getting in touch with someone to help us with getting in because we had a later flight. “We love the location of this upstairs condo! Having access to both the bay and a private beach on the gulf is a must for us. We rented bikes for the week and could easily zip over to the Gulf, or up and down the key. Being able to gaze out at the bay day and night was lovely.
