“I visit my aunt at Grand Living at Wellen Park. This is perfect for me. It’s close, clean and quiet, suits all my needs. I have a comfy bed, a good place to park my truck and a good host. I’ll stay every time I visit. ”

“Property was very clean. All essential items on the property worked fine. One missing item from the property and that was the space heater. Understandable considering there is normally not a huge call for such an item in FL! Owner/manager was responsive when contacted. Would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility disabilities due to property layout. This property met my needs for a week visit(well close to a week) to my parents. For the price it worked just fine. ...

“Adorable cottage perfect for an extended weekend getaway. We loved the beach access and being surrounded by nature. We were visited by a Florida box turtle, osprey, cardinals, and woodpeckers. Our host, Andrew, checked in with us upon arrival and offered to provide any assistance if we needed. We would love to stay, again!”

“This was a great stay. It was very clean and seemed like a brand new renovation. They provide plenty to do from two bicycles for cruising, a few kayaks and indoor games. The kitchen was stocked if you chose to stay in and cook. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with. We will stay again. ”
