“Spent 3 weeks in paradise! Our host Beverley was wonderful...the place is perfect to unwind and relax. Shopping was convenient and there were some good restaurants near by. The home is very well stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals. The wildife is fun to watch every evening. If its a beach you want ..you can make a day trip to several in the area...all about 2 hrs away with heavy traffic..We will definitely be back!”

“This place was wonderful! The host is quick to respond to any questions. Cleanliness excellent. The kitchen has anything and everything you could possibly need. We would highly recommend It. Also is a convenient location to the beaches and downtown Cape Coral. We lived in Fort Myers and Cape Coral before hurricane Ian so we were familiar with the area. It’s also located in a very nice neighborhood. Thankyou for a great stay🍊☀️”

“The cottage was very cute inside, and had everything we needed. Be sure that you have your entrance information ahead of time as cell service is limited in the area.”

“We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...

“We've stayed here twice now and it's exactly what we need. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The place was clean, well stocked and spacious enough. The patio area is nice to sit at for dinner, coffee or socializing. The beach gear available for borrowing is a very nice, extra perk. We will look to stay here again in the future.”

“This place was so cute and quaint! It was just a short walk to the village and to the beach. The grounds were beautiful! A little oasis in the backyard. . Would stay here again!!!”

“The property was very well stocked, had a bowl for our dog an very clean! It was the petfect place for our visit with local family. The "Florida Room" was lovely and the view was excellent. Very peaceful location.”
