“Pros: Clean, gorgeous pool, diving board and slide, the beds were all comfortable, loved the location very private, 20–25-minute ride to Niagara Falls, few miles to large grocery store, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Adequate cooking supplies. Well laid out for family. Answered my questions when asked. Very responsive regarding a personal item left at the house. Cons- Minor: No baking sheets or pans. Quirky closets, one had one door, others missing knobs. Minor maintenance issues....

“Our stay here was good. It was clean, roomy and the beds comfortable . The only thing I wonder about is their request that we strip the beds and fold the used sheets and blankets and leave on the bed. It was not a cheap place to rent and wondered why that was our responsibility and not the cleaning staff. And why did we need to fold them when I assume they would be laundered. That was the only negative comment I have.”

“We stayed a few days after a big storm so some facilities like the big pool were flooded. The unit we stayed in was mostly clean but sparse (i.e. 2 towels for 4 people) and there were insufficient bed linens. I was informed guests often bring their own linens; however, I shouldn't have to fly across the country with bedding for 4 people, that just doesn't make sense.
