Ocean views and relaxed coastal styling welcome you from the moment you arrive, with large windows framing sweeping outlooks across Knights Beach and the Southern Ocean. The bright living area invites you to unwind with scenic views, plush seating, and a TV with Netflix available using your personal account.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and generous bench space, flowing into a dining area that brings everyone together for meals or easy planning. The dining area offers a natural gathering point for shared meals, conversation, or planning the next day’s coastal adventures.

The balcony offers uninterrupted views across the coastline and Southern Ocean, offering the perfect place to breathe in the sea air or watch the colours shift across the water throughout the day. A sheltered patio area features outdoor seating and a BBQ, ideal for relaxed afternoons or easy dinners after time spent by the beach.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and direct balcony access with ocean views, while the second bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk. A central bathroom with a combined bath and shower serves the home. A dedicated laundry with a washer, dryer, and utility sink adds convenience for longer stays. Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

One well-behaved dog may be permitted to join your stay—please let us know in advance. A $75 pet fee applies.

All linen and bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

Smoking and vaping are strictly not permitted anywhere on the property, and parties or events are not allowed. Fines may apply for non-compliance.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire on request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to arrival. Guests must also complete a pre-arrival form, including valid ID, a selfie, and agreement to the terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
