“Hotel is quite expensive for what you get. Bathroom needs an upgrade water all over floor when showering and very dark with insufficient lighting and very few places to put your stuff. Quite noisy at night quadruple glazing fitted but when closed of course no fresh air. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast could do with kippers on the menu especially being a Manx hotel with wet fish shop close by. ”

“We were very comfortable in the beautiful apartment which had stunning views. We were well looked after. However, we left very early in the morning and couldn’t work out how to get hot water out of the shower! If it had been at a more respectable time, we would have asked for help, but it was far too early to summon anyone. Clear instructions would have helped in this situation. Overall we were very pleased with our short stay. ”

“The breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Good enough location. Those are the positive things. But I got a room in a neighbour hotel, apparently owned by same owner. Third floor, no elevator.
