Igneous Ridge - Calm and Quiet Retreat

Arriving at Igneous Ridge, you park under the carport and head inside your new home. The front decking has relaxed outdoor seating, filled with dappled sunshine. Curl up here with a morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine at night as evening settles in.

From the entranceway head into the dining room with seating for 8, so plenty of space. This leads into the first living space with sofa and split system. Ideal for kids lounging on books (or ipads!), maybe a favourite family board game from home you never get time to play.

On the other side of the dinning room is the kitchen area. Sleek black cabinetry and large central island bench with bar stools offers plenty of space for storage and cooking. Here you will find all the usual mod cons you would expect. Off the kitchen area is the second living space with TV.

From the kitchen there is the laundry area with washing machine for your use during your stay. There is a bedroom with tribunk and built in robes and here you will find the main bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower and toilet.

On the other side of the kitchen you can find the next 2 bedrooms, both comes with low rise beds and built in robes. The second bedroom contains a Queen and the master King room has an ensuite with a walk in shower and toilet.

The back garden with BBQ area can be accessed via the laundry hallway or around the side of the house. Easy access from the kitchen for those summer evening BBQs after a day on the beach.

There is room for 2 cars in the driveway or on the front nature strip if preferred.

Igneous Ridge is a delightful and contemporary home, with easy access to South Beach and its rockpools and calm waters, or head into Port Fairy to sample one of the many cafes and restaurants, there is something to delight everyone here.
