Beachpark 56, 58 Pacific Drive,

  • Denna takvåning i två våningar i loftstil ligger tvärs över gatan från populära Flynns Beach. Med luftiga sovrum (rakade tak) och bildfönster kommer du att vakna upp till havets ljud och sitta upp i sängen för att titta på vågorna på klipporna. Havsutsikten från vardagsrummet, främre sovrummet och den främre balkongen är fantastiska, från juni till november kan du titta på de förbipasserande valarna, liksom soluppgången och månuppgången. I själva verket kan du se havet från hela öppen planlösning med lägre nivå. Butiker, restauranger, postkontor / flaskebutik, kemist, medicinska center ligger alla inom 150 meter samt det populära surfklubben Flynns Beach direkt tvärs över gatan.

    Enheten inkluderar 40 LED-TV, CD-spelare, DVD-spelare, diskmaskin, elektrisk grill, takfläkt i sovrummet, oscillerande fläkt i andra sovrummet, garage (lås upp, singel), tvättstuga (automatisk tvättmaskin och torktumlare), mikrovågsugn , öppen balkong och matbalkong (täckt), dusch / badkar, direkt havsutsikt från hela öppen planlösning vardagsrum / matsal / kök, huvud sovrum och främre balkong, välutrustat kök. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As expected the views and proximity to the beach were amazing. The apartment was relatively clean but presents as tired and worn with only basic furnishings. It needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. The absence of a few basic amenities such as tea and sugar was disappointing. The use of the garage was a plus. We had an enjoyable stay and loved the beach but might try a different unit in this complex next time.

Once we sorted out a couple small problems we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not recommended for people who have problems climbing stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, the house is freezing though as NO heating or heaters there. Elders paper work states towels but a staff member says it’s generic paperwork....You get charged extra fees than what’s stated on stays and they reply it’s only $10.00 umm that’s a lot to a family of 5 in the Financial crisis at the moment that many families are facing.There was a large spider on arrival on lounge 🙈Didn’t comment in guestbook as the owner cannot take criticism then has to put responses to everyone... One roll of toilet paper left is not sufficient for a family of five for a number of nights.... so definitely take your own toilet paper!!

Reviewer Comments: From the information on the website, this seemed like an idyllic unit. Good price. Alas in person, it was a little different. 8 flights of stairs to get to the unit. No lift. Inside the unit the bathroom and bedrooms also required more stairs. The garage supplied with the unit is for a small car only. All other spaces were used by other units so had to use street parking. The rubbish area was a long way away from our unit. The view was very good. Anyone with mobility issues should not use this unit. Overall the unit was well maintained and very clean.
