Nestled in Port Orange, this family-friendly, pet-friendly home is walking distance to Riverwalk Park with beautiful views of the river, a children's playground, and a splash pad. And it's only a few minutes' drive to the beach and to local shops and restaurants. Whether you are coming to relax on the beach, enjoy delicious food, or visit local attractions, this is the perfect spot to stay!
The Space:
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a drip coffee maker, refrigerator, gas stove & oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. There is also a fully fenced-in backyard for kids and furry friends to run around, with a long, narrow stretch perfect for cornhole! There is also a patio table with an umbrella to enjoy meals outside, a BBQ for summer grilling, and a firepit for s'mores on cooler nights! BBQ utensils and firepit tools provided. Cornhole set is stored in the closet, along with beach towels and beach chairs. The Smart TV has access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video.
Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have private access to the entire apartment. A single-car driveway leads to the front porch where you will enter your 4-digit code into the digital front door lock. You will receive checkin instructions with your door code 1 day prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is conveniently located in Port Orange, only a few minutes' walk to the river, a few minutes' drive to the beach, and just a short drive to downtown Daytona Beach, the Speedway, convention center, Daytona Lagoon, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and more. Explore local dining options, with a diverse selection of restaurants catering to every taste, just a short drive or bike ride away. You'll find convenient shopping centers and local shops within a few minutes. Families can take advantage of nearby parks and recreational facilities, ensuring a fun-filled stay for all ages.
Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended for getting around. For air travelers, Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) is the closest airport, a short drive of about 20 minutes. However, many travelers use Orlando airport (MCO) due to cheaper airfare. Public transportation options include local bus services, with accessible stops in the vicinity.
Other Things to Note:
Property Damage: The booking price includes a property damage protection fee, which covers up to $3,000 of accidental contents damage or accidental property damage. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
Pre-Arrival check-in: All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
