The dining area includes a bar cabinet and a gorgeous ceramic marble table with seating for 8. The chef will love the sleek kitchen, with quartz countertops, Cafe stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and double oven. The kitchen is well stocked with an abundance of dishes, utensils, small appliances, additional seating for up to 4, and everything you should need for meal prep. Through the double French doors from the kitchen is the upper deck, offering a dining table w/ umbrella, bar height table w/stools, and a Broilmaster gas grill for well cooked BBQ’s. Enjoy spectacular views while dining alfresco with plentifully stocked outdoor dinner/serving ware. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours should be respected between 10pm-8am.
