“Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. “Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!”

“Teresa was very easy to talk to and responded right away to all my questions. She’s a delight and the humor she added in her “things to know” book was amazing 😂. The place was fairly hard to find but Teresa can give you good directions if you get confused. It could have been cleaner in some areas - for example, the fans provided were both unusable because they were so filthy. A little better attention to the small areas would help. “This stay was in the perfect location for tourists. You can walk to Pike Market, you can walk to the waterfront, you can walk to the monorail that takes you directly to the Space Needle and Chihuly Glass and Gardens, and you can walk to restaurants and bars. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a nice amenity. Debra was a great property manager and was quick to answer. Comfortable and clean with everything you need!”

“We arrived to Seattle on one of the hottest days of the year. The directions to the property were not clear and it was hard to locate. The ad says there is Air Conditioning. It wasn't until we got the email the day before that it stated they do not have Air Conditioning. I was told that most places in Seattle do not have AC. I thought the box fan and an open window would help, but there is a huge tree blocking the one window so it was hot. There were two of us in our 50's walking up and down...

“Great quiet location. Close to some restaurants & coffee shop. Clean & comfortable for my husband & I. The owner responded quickly to our needs. Although we did not stay inside much we did enjoy our stay there & would come back again. If you’re an Elks club member it’s very close to the Elks lodge on the shore of Shilshole Bay.”

“This place was AMAZING! The owners are the best, and have great communication. We were there for my youngest's graduation. Having all my adult children under 1 roof and was able to make awesome memories, made our stay even more special to us. If you haven't stayed here, you are missing out on a small slice of Heaven!”
