“Loved the area but this cottage was just ok at best. Musty smelling. One sofa which only really fits 2 people made it hard to have a group of 4. Linens could use to be updated. Outdoor area was nice. Surprised there was some firewood so we go to enjoy a nice fire!”

“The house was very clean and as advertised. Great for 6-7 people! I would definitely stay there again. Nice for privacy as you are out of the city, but it is only 10-15 minute drive into holland which is very convenient. Highly recommend!”

“Very clean place. Very spacious. Great location. Issue I had was that air condition is listed as included but there is no thermostat in the unit and is actually controlled by downstairs unit, leaving you at the mercy of the downstairs occupants. We had a horrendous experience on our third night which the whole unit became very hot and stuffy. Not an ideal situation with a toddler and an infant. Issue could not be resolved by property manager as we were told to open the windows which also were...

“We enjoyed our stay. Parking was free and easy and the property is located very close to the downtown so you can walk almost elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area.”
