Great house

We loved the house. All the space to spread out was incredible. Only thing that keeps it from a 5 is there was no furniture on the outside decks to sit. Minor inconvenience but its nice to have that option.

Pictures are old, landscape has changed

The house was lovely. Everything was perfect.... almost. Our trip was centered around my 80+ y.o. in-laws and there was no way to get them to the water. The beach is no longer flat, there is a 6 foot embankment that you have to climb. The rented golfcart I had waiting was useless. If I would have known the condition, I would have rented a house with a boardwalk and stairs.

Family vacation

Nice. Only issue was there was pet hair throughout but was advertised as pet free. Property management was right on it and offered to reclean. Might be an issue for someone allergic to animals. Property management great with communication and help.

Great Family Beach Vacation Spot!

We had a wonderful week at Cape San Blas! Having a home on the beach was a wonderful way to spend each day. The sunsets from our decks were incredible! We loved the numerous outside decks and the screened-in area for those who needed a break from the sun. The home was divided into three distinct living areas, providing space for each of our three families and a common kitchen and dining area. The home was beautifully decorated with comfortable couches and lounging areas. The home description stated 5 bedrooms and four baths. There are 6 sleeping areas, but the 4th is a loft, and the 5th is in the downstairs area. Each of these has a trundle bed. There are three full baths with one 1/2 bath, which was a surprise since we anticipated four full baths. The upstairs master suite was amazing! The beach is quiet even during the middle of the summer and was exactly what we were looking for. Overall the home was lovely and the beachfront location was excellent!

Amazing

Absolutely amazing place overall. The house had so many living areas to relax with amazing views from almost every spot. You really can’t get better beach access, it’s perfect for families who just want to be on the beach all day. The only room for improvement I can even name is it would be nice to have a trash can down stairs in the laundry and bathroom area, this was obviously not a deal breaker by any means. One of the bedrooms had spiders in the bed but the property managers were easy to contact and make aware, no doubt they have addressed that. When we first arrived there was an issue with the water having a foul smell in the house but it was resolved immediately. This was our second time staying on the cape and this home was just unbeatable. We will be returning to this home when we come back!

Awesome location

This is a great place for a quiet vacation. The house is very roomy and comfortable. All the amenities provided were in great condition. Will be back if we are going to be in the area again. We had an amazing experience. Thanks
