Ocean Front - New Boardwalk till Pristine Beach

Vi överlevde orkanen Michael och accepterar bokningar för 2019. Stranden Ă€r Ă€nnu större Ă€n tidigare. Njut av denna spektakulĂ€ra utsikt frĂ„n denna 3 sovrum 2 bad Gulf Front egendom. Öppet vardagsrum med stort kök och frukostbar. BefĂ€lhavaren har en king size-sĂ€ng och tv, master bad har en duschkabin och trĂ€dgĂ„rd badkar. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sĂ€ng, och tredje sovrummet har en tvilling över hela vĂ„ningssĂ€ngen. Den nya lĂ€deravsnittet i vardagsrummet har plats för alla att sitta bekvĂ€mt. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe frĂ„n det rymliga dĂ€cket med utsikt över vattnet eller Ă€ta middag som njuter av Mexikanska golfen. Bistrohöjdstolar lĂ„ter dig njuta av utsikten över balkongen rĂ€cken.
Allt boende ligger pÄ en vÄning. Byggnaden har en hiss och vi Àr högst uppe pÄ trappan frÄn den tÀckta parkeringen. Njut av solen pÄ stranden eller njut av mÄnga aktiviteter frÄn fiske till ridning till kajakpaddling. VÄr strand Àr stor, platt och privat. Samla lite drivved och ha en strandbrasa. It looked beautiful, but when we walked in, it smelled like dirty animals. The de k was really run down and the furniture was broken. The area around, pool, elevator, hottub, were really run down.

Loved our time here we wanted to relax in a place that wasn’t so commercialized and this is it. Our condo was nice and just as described. Only down side was the water was really murky, and and sargassum/seaweed everywhere of course that’s Mother Nature no one can control that.So still great trip!

A great condo with a nice beach.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

Wonderful in every way!

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

Spring break

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.

Family Oasis

Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing week here. The condo was easy to access, and exceptionally clean. We loved having access to the storage closet for all of our beach gear, the walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was never crowded. The kids enjoyed a pool a few times, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. There were lots of games in the cabinets as well. This was our first visit to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for the week.

Completely Wonderful

Everything stated in reviews is accurate! All good! Tammy is professional and prompt in communication. We had a great week here! The condo has everything you need for cooking in. The beach is amazing! And we loved the HUGE sofa! We have two boys and they both are 6’3” and we all fit! Of course we loved sitting out on the porch at night with all the beautiful stars lighting up the sky! Can’t say enough about how great this place is! Completely Wonderful!

Lovely Rain or Shine

This was our second time staying at this property, so that in and of itself tells you something! The owner is easy to communicate with and obviously pays attention to detail. The peace and tranquility of this property is unequaled. Very comfortable.

Simply Amazing

Great place overall

For the most part, our stay was exactly as advertised. Great view of the water, three bedrooms and two baths, spacious, and no surprises regarding the facility. The pool was nice too, and we really like the location on Cape San Blas. The complaints are minor. The listing said there was a grill on site; there was not. Parking is tight. About eight light bulbs in the place were out; get the cleaning crew to replace those please. Long walk to take trash to the dumpster. And it could and should have been cleaner.
