“This home was immaculate. I requested to arrive a few hours early due to attending my nieces wedding and driving all morning. They were soooo accommodating. The home was extremely clean an exactly like the photos. The farm was also very cute. Great for young children to see the animals. Thank you so much for making our trip relaxing and enjoyable. ”

“Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ.”

It was about 5 page and basically absolved the owners of everything and made you responsible for everything. I have never had to do this with any other rental I have done through VRBO.
