“Emily is the best host. Very good at communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Everything we could need was there. Nice bedding and towels. The beach is right there. It was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it. Planning to go back and will stay at this same place for sure!”

“Perfect little house! There are 30 steps that lead up from the parking area. Well worth the climb for the view! Inside is small yet well furnished. The only negative I would have is the mattress. The middle is sunken in badly. To get to the beach is the same amount of stairs as the front. Again, well worth it! Very easy access to the beach. My wife and I will be booking another stay. We highly recommend for a couples retreat!”

“We have stayed in port st Joe before and were looking for somewhere new to stay. The view from this house and the fact that it is right on the beach is hard to beat. We had 2 kids and 7 adults (plus 3 dogs) in the house and there was more than enough space! We had a couple issues with hot water and it does tend to go cold upstairs at times. I thought the kitchen could have been a bit more equipped with cooking necessities but we were able to cook plenty and enjoy it all. The upstairs master bed...

We only had one day of sun on the beach but we filled the rest of the trip with trips to nearby cities and lots of movies and games. “We’ve stayed on the cape since the 80s, and this is always my favorite property to stay at. The kids had a blast. This was my son’s first time in the dome home. ”

“This is an old beach house. The floors did not bother me but I could see that around the baseboards could be cleaned up a little, and the stairs carpet could be cleaned, but aside from that, this place was VERY CLEAN.This kitchen is not made for more than one person, but I expected that. For 3 adults & 1child, it was perfect. Had all you would need to cook. Had a broom, several hand towels. There is not a typical kitchen table, but the half moon looking counter over the stairs has hinges to flip...

“We had the most amazing week with the family! The condo had everything we could ever ask for and more! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and it had great views. I can’t think of one thing that could have made it any better. We will definitely be going back! Thank you to our hostess for being so accommodating. ”

“This house is amazing for a group... probably not ideal for toddlers as there are many stairs. But we went with 2 other families with tweens and it was perfection. Had small maintenance issue and property manager responded immediately. ”

“This was a great quiet place to stay for my two daughters, wife and myself. We were looking for somewhere to avoid the crowds of Panama City and Destin and this was exactly what we wanted. This is no way a knock on the property, but it does say it will sleep 8 and I think it would be crowded with more than 2 adults since there is one bathroom, but with two parents and up to 3 or 4 kids it is perfect. Everything for my family exceeded our expectations. ”

“We really loved the hot tub, pool/ping pong table, arcade games, and foosball table. The location is a short walk to a very private, beautiful beach. The stairs are no joke (and kitchen/living area is on third floor) so keep this in mind if you're traveling with older relatives. No shower soap or shampoo so bring your own. The kitchen was well-stocked.”
