• Private pool with heating available year-round for $75/day (must heat for the entire stay). The pool will be heated to 85 degrees - please let us know when booking and we'll take care of it!

PETS
The home is dog friendly- up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 40lbs each. Dogs must be included in the reservation and there $300 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking.
• Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds, for future guests who may be allergic. Dogs must be crated anytime the owner is not present.
• Dogs must not have a history of biting.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and disposing in the trash cans provided
• Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws.

Parking
• IMPORTANT! Absolutely NO parking under the home. This space is used for outdoor games and we don't want grease and other contaminates on the patio.
• 4-5 vehicles max - parking is permitted only in front of house OR in our back lot for overflow.
*Please note, we own the back lot but we allow the neighbors' guests to use it as well on a first come, first serve basis. Do not park in front of our neighbors OR in an area that blocks our neighbors from accessing their homes or vehicles.

GETTING AROUND:
Indian Pass is secluded so a car is highly recommended. You are about 20 minutes to Downtown Port St. Joe or Apalachicola where you can find fantastic local restaurants, breweries, cigar bar and shops.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE (cancel for any reason) through the platform or privately. We understand things happen and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. However, we do stick to our cancellation policy regardless of reason (protect your vacation investment!).
