Mexico Beach is being rebuilt so there is quite a bit of construction. Very few restaurants but some good food trucks. Very quiet scene with beautiful, uncrowded beaches.”

Lots of stairs haha (a little bummed that elevator didnt work) but that would not stop us from staying here again. “I just returned home from Vitamin Sea with my son and his girlfriend. This was a perfect set up for us. This property is so” on the beach” that you can hear the waves as soon as you open the back door. You will be walking distance from anything you may need. Small grocery store with EVERYTHING!!! “Nice spot for a quick getaway in Port St Joe. The unit was exactly as described and a the walk to the beach was very quick and easy. You do have to cross Hwy 98 to get to the beach access path. “We arrived early and property was clean so we were allowed to check in. The parking is under the building so car was shaded the whole trip. Easy access to beach and a short walk to a general store. Condo was clean and the communication with property manager was easy!”
