“This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find!”

“This RV spot was better than advertised. The concrete pad was great! There is and outdoor shower was is convenient for sand removal. There is even a clothesline that is great for beach towels and swimsuits. All of the hookups were in great condition. It was quiet. We had a great time!”

“We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. “This is a great location with just a short easy walk to the beach! The only downside is that it is very tight to maneuver into the lot from Cancun drive which is a one lane road with a white fence running right down the left side of it and a light/electricity pole on the right to maneuver between while backing/turning in. The only other concern is there were ants everywhere. I am not complaining and understand it’s nature and we have camped in many different surroundings, but just wanted...
