Shoalz, 28 Rigney Street - Renovated Cottage & Boat Parking
Stylishly furnished throughout with unlimited Wi-fi and ceiling fans in all rooms to give you more comfort. The large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with every cooking facility you need and a dishwasher, a fantastic servery opens out onto the huge timber undercover deck where you can enjoy the best of alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities whilst watching the children play in the enclosed yard.
Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second living area flows off the main bedroom giving you the luxury of having a private living area so you can sit back and relax. The main bathroom has been renovated with a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
There is enough room to park a boat or multiple cars at the property (no garage available) and the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is perfect.
As Shoalz is in a residential area, please abide by the no party policy that is in place and the noise restrictions.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday midnight - 8am
Any other day 10pm - 8am

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
