“My daughter and I stayed here for a week during our first visit to Port Vila . The hosts Morgan and Annie , and Rocky the playful dog made us feel right at home from arrival, and like part of their family . The freshly made breakfasts were delicious and always flexible around our daily schedule . Rooms were clean, quiet, and aircon worked a treat. Handy location to transport, supermarket a short walk away , all set in a beautiful tranquil garden by the lagoon. Would stay here again anytime .”

“Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...
