“The room we booked was a queen with a pull out couch (for the kids). The bed was a double and the pull out was broken so four of us had to sleep in a double sized bed! When we brought up the broken things in the room, at check out, the list included the pull out, as well as the pool access room did not work when returning to the room, the lock on that door did not lock from inside, and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We were told those things were all on the maintenance list and that room...
