“Our stay at Borgo della Marmotta was amazing. The staff across the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the food was excellent and affordable, and the property and rooms were tastefully decorated and kept spotless. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Renting a car is highly advisable, as transport links are poor and hard to navigate. ”

“Had a fantastic time at Roccafiore. We were really optimistic before the trip and our time there did not disappoint. The staff from the very beginning were fantastic, always going out of their way to accommodate. The restaurant and services on site are of the highest quality. We enjoyed every meal, and took advantage of the pool and spa services. Would highly recommend a wine tasting as well. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. They can accommodate larger parties or just a party of 2. The hosts Lori and Emanuele are gracious and helpful. We also fell in love with the resident dog Molly. Beautiful, clean and so very peaceful. We loved our 4 day stay here. ”

The spot is idyllic, and the Villa and grounds beautifully kept up. Umbria is underrated gem of region in Italy, one hour from Rome. Fsbulous food and wine at very low prices.”

“Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura ma allo stesso tempo in una zona centrale da cui abbiamo potuto raggiungere agevolmente moltissime città e punti di interesse. Abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con 2 e 3 figli e gli appartamenti modulabili hanno consentito sia la privacy per ogni nucleo famigliare sia la condivisione degli spazi grazie ad una porta, che all'occorrenza si poteva aprire mettendo in comunicazione i due appartamenti. “a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts.”

“We enjoyed two weeks at Podoro dell’ Olmo and it suited our needs for a relaxing vacation. You need a car to get to this place but on the other hand it makes it alot easier to explore the surroundings and shop for food or go to restaurants. We visit Rome one day (about one hour away) and we also went to Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno some of the other days. This place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy nature/countryside and the nearby small villages. We loved it! /Monica & Niklas Sweden”
