“The owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...

“Very badly maintained area around the building. Barns and other buildings in various state of decay. Untidy is a word describing the situation outside the main building. First room offered, the cheapest, was damp, a strong smell of mould and in need of a touch up. Because of the foul smell, we were offered a much better room. Newly renovated to a good standard. But still with a faint slight smell of mould even here.Breakfast …. no complaints. But the smell of mould!! That room should not be for...

“An amazing, charming hotel! The town is small, but it is very central to a lot of sights! We called the day of to arrange what time we would be arriving and the host was very friendly and it was not a problem (we didn’t see that in the reservation it says to call the day before to arrange what time you will check in).
