“The instructions for checking in and the WiFi instructions were incorrect and not updated. The host helped us get in but never responded regarding the WiFi. Both remotes for the TVs were not working. Batteries missing in one and broken plastic on the other. No a/c in the rooms, only fans. The place didn’t cool down. Overall bad experience considering the price”

“Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.”

“Great property, if you're looking for a glamping experience this place provides everything you need. The road coming in is slightly precarious, but still mostly paved and easy to get to. The shared bathrooms were super clean and convenient, some tents are slightly further from it so check the map of your tent. The shared kitchen was really convenient as well, they have all sort of cookware to be able to cook anything you want . Would highly recommend this place.”

“We had an amazing experience--what a fantastic place to stay! The ranch is beautiful, and we had an outdoor patio where we could sit and enjoy the evenings. There's a little kitchen, and we picked up food at the supermarket. We booked a horse experience and a trail ride, and those experiences were incredibly special. Lilly gave us advice on going to King's Canyon in addition to Sequoia--initially, we were hesitant because of the drive, but are so glad that we went. She also advised us to go out...
