âMycket trevligt hotell med utmĂ€rkt service och mycket bekvĂ€ma sĂ€ngar. Restaurangen Ă€r ocksĂ„ mycket bra. Inte jĂ€ttecentralt men fungerande gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till större delen av downtown. Rekommenderas varmt.â

âNice location. Very friendly staff. Nice room.
Would have liked coffee and tea in the room.
Stayed at the 18th floor and in was quiet.
AC very close to one bed and blew pretty strong even on low. Control on wall very hard to navigate but could be related to just this room, 1801.
Didnât tell staff because we could handle it.
They have a coffee station in the lobby between 5 am- 7am but wouldâve been nice to have the oppertunity to brew some in room in the afternoon. â

âSuper nice vintage style hotel. Staff are great. Room we had has double doors that open to the private balcony. We were overlooking Directors park which was never endingly entertaining. Valet parking is nice. Highly recommend â

âBooked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use...

âCute, clean, free arcade, free drink at happy hour. Only negative was the couch cushions in the lobby and the chair cushions in the rooms were all torn. â

âVery welcoming guesthouse in a traditional style with beautiful stained glass windows and spacious common areas. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Delightful host and great self-serve breakfast. Very convenient location in this SE part of Portland â

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
