Lovely holiday park in Portland
Great holiday park within walking distance to town centre. The cabin I stayed in was comfortable, there’s 2 bedrooms but the one with the bunk bed was tiny. There is a kitchenette with enough bench space to prepare sandwiches. There is a nice walk with beach view at the back of the park. The staff are lovely and knowledgeable about the area. I would stay again.

A perfect place to stay
Our accomodation was perfect! A BBQ to cook our fish, and the tools to clean it properly. The cabin was VERY comfortable and spacious, and fitted out with quality gear.

The location is the best thing about this park. The waterfront cabins are good, they are the ONLY cabins with a Queen bed. Pets are NOT allowed in all areas of this park. I would recommend to double check your booking…that you receive what you book.

Unfortunately with your booking there was incorrect information provided by a 3rd party website that we were unaware of. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, this has now been rectified. In regards to the pets in the park if you had of informed us that you had extra guests staying with you and they had a dog we could have let you know that we do not allow pets in our cabins, only on sites. Very good park and position
We stayed here for a weekend in one of the newer cabins overlooking the harbour, very good accommodation, self contained with full kitchen, open plan lounge dining area, beds comfortable. Staff excellent and informative. Park is in a very good position with views from cliff top as well as over harbour, also within a short walk to shops or places to eat.

Cabin was very clean and tidy with good facilities. View and walkability was fantastic. The only negative...TV appeared to be stuck in 4:3 aspect ratio and couldn't work out how to change it to wide screen

Perfect spot!
We were upgraded to an ‘Ocean view’ cabin. Great location. The owners were lovely and the cabin was clean and set out beautifully.

Friendly staff. Dark at night and hot water what more could you ask for. 😄. I did manage to stay in the wrong cabin so keys need to be sorted but I’m sure they will rectify that now they now.

Come here every year and booked the same cabin too which opposite the beach. It was lovely. Reception wasn't as friendly as we had being welcome before.

Good except for bunk bed low head room
It was an overall good stay. My only issue is there 2 bunk beds are actually a triple stack bunk bed and the headroom is very low. It was so difficult to put on the bedsheet as this has to be done by the occupant themselves

We knew we would arrive after the reception was closed, so we texted the motel and they answered quick concerning the check in. Great! The room/apartment was very cozy and spacious. It was clean and had everything we needed. When we checked out the morning after the staff was super friendly. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Expedia photos for the specific cabin showed a small oven was available in the cabin. We purchased food with that assumption, only to find that no oven was in the room. Checking with the staff the next day to be told they were removed when the cabins were last renovated. Seems Expedia has not updated there stock photos. The cabin otherwise was comfortable and clean. Would stay here again

Close to Portland CBD and the water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our cabin was a bit "dated " but clean and comfortable, providing a great 3 day break at a fair price.

The shower needs a grap rail as the tilled floor gets very slippery. Consideration needs to be given to disability access to cabins with steps, ramps would help differently-abled people.

FOXTEL tips review to C+
Two bed unit(Main and two bunks). Newish kitchen reno helped but overall I would class the accommodation as average(not good not bad). Having bad weather the Foxtel channels did help. Park on waters edge on top of steep bank. No views from cabin but a short stroll to walkway/seats overlooking the harbour. Easy walk to city centre. Price was good for the stay.
