Our family had an excellent stay here over Thanksgiving. Sokreth was a terrific host -- the apartment was stocked with water, coffees, beer, candies, and cooking staples, and he even let us know on the day of our arrival that it would be available for check-in a few hours early. Excellent, central location -- walkable to restaurants in all directions. The unit itself is a very nice, modern renovation of an apartment in a much older building (note that the narrow, winding staircase to get to the second floor might be a bit challenging for some). The beds were comfortable, the towels and linens were of high quality, and each room has its own HVAC control. Note that while there are two full bathrooms in the unit, neither is connected to the primary bedroom -- you must walk across the living room to get from the bedroom to either bathroom.Overall, great stay.

March Madness Gathering w/out “madness”

My HS/College buddies gather in a different city every year to watch NCAA March Madness hoops. The “hub” is always key to us having a good weekend. We picked this VRBO because of the description and location of the property to the Old Port. It couldn’t have worked out any better - unlike my NCAA pool and a few bad wagers, this choice was a winner! The Uber rides to Old Port were like 10! A solid weekend all around.

Great location and comfy apartment

Well equipped and spacious contemporary apartment just 10 minutes away from Old Downtown. Sokreth was very flexible and responded promptly to any inquire. Firm mattresses and pillows were the cherry of the cake for a restful and repairing nights.

Great location- close to the wharf

We truly enjoyed our stay! The attention to little details made our stay even better - coffee, creamer, ice, a frozen pizza and a few adult beverages are just a few! We will definitely be back!

Sokreth made it so easy for us!

We had an amazing weekend away spent with family and friends for my fiance's 30th birthday. We opened the door to a clean, spacious space in a walkable location. We couldn't have been happier with the sleeping arrangements - it was easy to both find privacy and sleep the amount of people we had! Sokreth made the weekend incredibly seamless. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions in a timely fashion and helping me when I had an additional request. I couldn't recommend Oakdale more!

Family Wedding made perfect!

Extremely good communication with property owner. Very clean. Great set up for 5 people. We had a wonderful time at this rental for our family wedding close by in Portland. Apartment was close to everything fun to do, yet in great quiet neighborhood for rest. The space was wonderful - each own rooms and a dinner table that was big enough for all of us. Loved this rental!
