“Gross rude”

“It was a very basic room but it was clean, comfortable and economical. The room was well maintained with all the essentials and the check in/out was simple with Expedia booking.”

“The property was dirty and multiple people ( I couldn’t tell if they were guests or not) were always in and out of the lobby asking for money and cigarettes. I booked this property for the advertised hot tub and was informed it had been broken for a long time and didn’t sound like it’s going to be fixed any time soon. Check in took over 20 minutes as the single front desk staff member argued with a customer who had no reservation and wanted a discount on the deposit, which they were given.”

“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout.
