“The room we stayed in was horrible. We could not use the bathroom because it smelled so much mold. The smell was not bareable and when we raised the issue with the hotel they did nothing. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!”

“We had a great stay in this hotel. It was rather centrally located, extremely clean, modern, enough space, air conditioning and super quiet. No breakfast included but there was a vey nice cafe/bakery just around the corner. Possibility to store luggage in locked cabinets before getting the room/after check-out. Would highly recommend this place!”

“The room was spotless and was a very cool and different style room - we loved the amount of space and the swinging TV! The free 'minibar' was a great touch and much appreciated. We also really appreciated having Netflix too, thank you - Nicolas and Grisha were both really helpful with all queries, thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“The Palácio Fenícia stands for a great design and the owners provide a great service. From the first contact during the booking until the last moment of our stay the staff was really friendly and helpful, trying to fulfil us every wish. The suite that we had had a great design. The city centre of Porto is reachable in walking distance. I can recommend the guest house to everybody that plans to come to Porto and searches for an extraordinary place to stay.”

“Hesitant at first but as soon as we entered Boutique Aliados felt comfortable and at home. Clean neat and comfortable family room, safe location overlooking city municipal building walk to restaurants, market with fresh delicacies especially sea food, fruits, empanadas etc. Breakfast delivered timely chef’s choice or menu. Kudos to Gustavo & Leonardo staff very accommodating friendly. We will be back!! ”
