This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor only via stairs.

This space is thoughtfully designed to enhance your comfort and experience, offering vibrant and inviting living and kitchen areas. The cosy living space features a charming sitting area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying your favourite TV shows after a day of exploring the city.

The open-plan kitchen creates a warm, social atmosphere for cooking and dining together. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, you’ll easily whip up delicious meals. A washing machine and dishwasher are conveniently provided to make your stay even more comfortable.

The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, beautifully decorated with modern touches. It features a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space to keep your belongings organized and out of sight.

The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to refresh and rejuvenate, including soft, clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Step outside onto the lovely balcony, where you can bask in the sunlight, enjoy meals, or simply relax in the fresh air. It's the perfect spot to unwind or enjoy your morning coffee.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Cedofeita is a lively and charming neighbourhood in Porto, known for its mix of traditional and modern influences. With narrow streets lined with unique shops, cafes, and art galleries, it offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. The historic Church of Cedofeita adds to the area's old-world charm, making it a favourite spot for locals and visitors.

The neighbourhood is also well-connected to Porto's main attractions, such as the bustling Rua de Santa Catarina and the famous Lello Bookstore. With its vibrant nightlife and rich cultural scene, Cedofeita is the perfect place to explore the authentic side of Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Aliados, is just a 1-kilometre walk. The Miguel Bombarda bus stop (lines 300 and 602) is a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
