Welcome to my home!

The spacious living room features a comfy sofa, where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom is also a pleasant space with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Last but not less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: BolhĂŁo (300m walking).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 10€ included.

La description n’est pas comme l’appartement. Nous avons louĂ© cette appartement car il avait une belle terrasse. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu de voir qu’il n’y avait pas de terrasse.

No verandah as shown in pics? Facilities need attention -light fitting hanging off wall, curtains missing, tv didn’t work, only hand soap in bathroom, dishwasher but no soap, bulbs loose in wall lights, security lock on door didn’t work, key box hard to access, limited kitchen supplies. The location was quite good tho.

Super sĂ©jour, appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol concernant l'annonce et le rĂ©el, il n'y a pas de terrasse contrairement aux photos prĂ©sentĂ©es et les finitions sont grossiĂšres (petite fuite Ă  l'arriĂšre du toilette, pointe saillante dans le parquet, miroir Ă©brĂ©chĂ© dans la salle de bain, portes des chambres qui ne ferment pas...). Pas de machine Ă  laver mais une laverie dans la mĂȘme rue. Juste une balayette pour le mĂ©nage et il manquait un rideau dans le sĂ©jour. Hormis ça, la literie est confortable et le supermarchĂ© juste en bas est un plus. Proche du marchĂ© de Bolhao et de Sao Bento et dans un quartier calme mais en travaux. Bien desservi en restaurant.

TrÚs bien situé. Difficile de cuisiner par manque du nécessaire pour le faire (ustensiles et chaudrons) et plaque chauffante difficile d'utilisation. Serviettes en quantité insuffisantes.

I booked this apartment purely because it had such a nice balcony listed in the image, since I was having a workation with friends and we needed some sound separation. We get to the apartment and the balcony is completely removed (??). Communication with the property, while prompt, was with a different person with each message, making it so confusing. Furthermore, housekeeping never came once in 5 days even though it was advertised. Overall while the location was great, I think it's a bit crappy to advertise with such photos when the balcony doesn't exist at all.

Very happy in all respects. We suggest you consider a safety concern as to the difference in floor level between the living area and both the kitchen and bathroom. Someone may well break a toe.

The apartment was in a perfect location. We got quite a bit of rain so the apartment unfortunately felt very damp during our stay. The beds and towels were wet pretty much the whole time. The air was pretty thick. The unit also did not have any trash can aside from a micro one in the bathroom. There were no blankets aside from the comforters on the bed and minimal pillows- it would have been nice to have some additional elements.

Localisation parfaite, un peu excentrée pour éviter le brouhaha de la ville, mais proche du centre historique, on peut tout faire à pied. Propre, spacieux avec deux belles chambres. Service de ménage inclus dans la location, appréciable si on a besoin. Je recommande cette location à 100%! Et la communication avec guest ready est trÚs efficace, ils ont été présents et réactifs à toutes mes demandes en me donnant de bons conseils

L'escalier de l'entrée est un peu dangereux. (2 premiÚres marches inégales) surtout quand on doit monter ses bagages à la main. Chambres un peu petites. Une seule sorte de café pour la machine Nespresso et il était peu goûteux.

Logement bien situé, tout prÚs du centre historique, calme,bien équipé, terrasse appréciee trÚs bon compromis pour passer 3 ou 4 jours à PORTO, quelques détails, minimes à régler pour que ce soit 5/5!! (porte de la douche, shampoing, gel douche ceux de la photo sont mieux), rideaux ne coulissent pas, stores difficiles à relever mais quelques petites attentions appréciés (doses6czfes, sucre, bouteille d'eau, léger ménage quotidien
