This delightful 138 m2 two-story property is located on the ground floor and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city.

As you enter, the kitchen area is on your left. It provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a microwave, an oven, and a stove. It also has a little sunroom with a washing machine for your laundry needs.

The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed and a large dining table for guests to relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

Guests can also find a small service bathroom in the hall.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and ample storage space. The third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, a closet and a complete private bathroom with clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also another bathroom in the hallway of this floor.

The apartment has a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy fresh air and sunlight.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The Sé, or Porto Cathedral, is a key historical landmark in Porto, Portugal. Dating back to the 12th century, this Romanesque cathedral has been remodelled over the centuries, incorporating Gothic and Baroque elements. The interior is notable for its elegant Gothic cloisters decorated with traditional blue and white azulejos or Portuguese tiles, which depict religious scenes. Its elevated position offers stunning views of Porto and the Douro River, making it a popular spot for tourists seeking to capture the city's beauty.

For visitors, the Sé is a gateway to exploring Porto's rich history and culture. Located in the city's historic centre, it's surrounded by picturesque streets filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants. This area provides a vibrant atmosphere where tourists can enjoy local cuisine and wine. As the starting point for the Caminho Português to Santiago de Compostela, the cathedral also attracts pilgrims, adding to its spiritual significance. Its proximity to other attractions, such as the Ribeira District and the Dom Luís I Bridge, makes it an essential part of any visit to Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
