Located on Rua do Heroísmo, this apartment offers a central location that provides easy access to a variety of amenities and conveniences. The area is characterized by a charming mix of commerce, culture, and gastronomy.

Food lovers will certainly enjoy the variety of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries available in the surroundings. Indulge in traditional Portuguese dishes such as Francesinha or Bacalhau à Brás.

Moreover, public transport is easily accessible. You will find the Heroísmo Station just 140 meters away, as well as several nearby bus stops, providing convenient mobility that allows you to explore Porto and its wonders.

You will have access to a wide network of public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, there will be a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.

The tenant agrees to allow a member of our team to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits scheduled for this.
