“We absolutely loved this stay on our trip to Italy. Matteo is the best host I’ve ever encountered. He met us close by the apartment, was extremely friendly, helped us with the luggage and wanted to be sure we had the best trip ever. The apartment was even better than expected with the roof top patio being amazing. When we left, Matteo met us for coffee in the morning, took some photos and showed his appreciation. “There were 125 rather rough steps from the street to the front door of the apartment. It makes it difficult to bring up one carry on bag and a backpack if you are in the 65 age range. The steps are not well lighted in the evening. ”

“l'appartement est bien placé pour visiter les 5 terres Il est spacieux mais il manque fortement de commodité: de matériel (casseroles, cafetière micro onde verres louche etc....) la salle de bain est vétuste, Nous avons connu les conditions d'accueil et su ou nous diriger pour obtenir l'appartement seulement 2h avant notre arrivée”

“Nice spacious appartement located in a authentic village in the mountains surrounding la Spezia. It has everything necesarry but not a washing machine, but we were allowed to use the one from the owner who also has a shop located directly under te appartment.Although it takes arround 20 hairpin corners irs only 10 minutes to La Spezia. The beach is farther away.”
