Sharing bathroom and shower was not a problem for me. The only downside for me was the noise from the cars outside, and some noise from the neighbours indoors. But overall a very nice place!â

âThe hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. When we saw the hotel from the outside, as well the entrance to the reception, our conclusion was that we had booked wrong hotel! But! We got a wonderful room, with comfortable beds. âThe accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them.
We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund.
The breakfast was fine.
I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. â

âWe had a great stay in ballycastle. The staff were the best Iâve probably ever had from the girls at check in to the lovely Australian woman at the bar who couldnât do enough for us. We will certainly be back soon. Great value also and food was amazing especially breakfast â
