When we saw the hotel from the outside, as well the entrance to the reception, our conclusion was that we had booked wrong hotel! But! We got a wonderful room, with comfortable beds. âThe hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. They have Kelly's which is pizza and burgers. â

âThe accommodation is well finished and the staff pleasant. We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them.
We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund.
The breakfast was fine.
I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. â
âStayed for two nights on golf holiday. Very friendly staff and good service. No problem to have the excellent full Irish breakfast served earlier than regular hours. Nice and large room. Free parking behind the building. Central location on the seafront in Portstewart only five minutes walk from town centre.â
âI recently stayed at Cromore Retreat in Portstewart and loved every minute. The dome accommodation was cosy and unique, offering stunning views that made it feel extra special. Plus, being just minutes from the port added to its charm. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway!â
âNigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied.
It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better.

âReally good hotel if you have the money for it. It's a bit expensive but in this case it also means that there aren't much to complain about. Friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner and it's situated in the town centre. A little older clientele combined with families. Would recommend it!â
