A Little Piece of Heaven We Call Home

Newly renovated beach studio with new paint and flooring. Located on the second floor within walking distance to the beach. Location is central to restaurants and bars. Live entertainment, recreational activities, activities for kids with a local playground right around the corner. Stone throw from well known bars and restaurants such as Wally's, The Pier, L Street Tavern, The Goat and Bernie's to name a few. Approximately 263 steps to the beach.

This exceptional unit has 2 beds. One is a full size murphy bed and the other is a full size pull out couch. Sleeps 2 comfortably but can accommodate up to four people as we have done previously and have been successful. Whether you’re looking to get away with a few of your friends, a family of up to four or a double couple, our place is perfect for you and your needs.
.Iron and iron board available. There is a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig machine, coffee pods, full refrigerator, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, silverware and mugs. There is a table with two stools for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Free WIFI and Roku box available provided you have a login for your own streaming services. Free Peacock streaming service available too. Relaxing outdoor seating on the balcony. Conveniently located where everything you need is right at your fingertips. Arcades ,live music, weekly fireworks and plenty of activities for adults and kids. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!! Must be 21 years or older.

Nice condo
The condo was just big enough for two of us , it was near everything .. the bed was comfy and it was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen.. The AC worked great , ceiling fan didn’t work we were unable to turn it on for some reason .. Contacted the owner to let her know , she did try walking us through how to turn it on but for whatever reason we couldn’t get it on .. Bringing up your luggage wasn’t the easiest due to It’s on the second floor. Otherwise we had a great time and would rent again in future.

Location, location, location!
Lines right up with I street, placing us closer than we'd ever stayed to the busy strip, playground, etc. With a kitchenette we try not to eat out. Therefore, we try to think of everything we might need and not have, like spatulas, cookie sheets, measuring cups, etc. We didn't need to bring any of that! The full sized fridge and freezer made things a lot easier for us. We especially loved sipping our coffees on the balcony each morning. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Off-season beach getaway
This is an perfect small apartment for two. It is updated, clean, well stocked with anything you might need, and with cute beachy decore (we loved the little fireplace). The murphy bed is very comfortable and the spacious bathroom was a nice surprise. Debbra was a gracious host and we will definitly return and recommend to our friends and family.

Location is good but…not toddler friendly
Pros- location, very cute apartment, clean Cons- not toddler friendly*, Murphy bed was very uncomfortable and the owners don’t want you to use the pull out couch unless there’s more people, the owners sent us something to sign the day of check in when we booked the place 3 months prior (we had to download an app and upload their paperwork, sign it, and send it to them) *not toddler friendly- next to the oven, there are shelves. The cutlery were sorted and put in bins on the shelves, including steak knives. They were within reach of our toddler and luckily we noticed it before he did and could get them out of reach. I appreciate the kitchen is tiny, but that’s not a safe place to put steak knives. Investing in a small knife block and putting it on the fridge would be better. All the cutlery could go up there since the kitchen is so tiny. The coffee accessories (sugar creamer, etc) could go on the side so it’s safer. Overall our trip was good, the location was nice, and we had fun.

Great place to stay for Rockfest Half Marathon in October!
This is a cute well appointed efficiency within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Kitchen is fully stocked. It was super close to the start and finish of the Rockfest Half Marathon which made it a great place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Just a short walk to the beach as well.
