“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Unsere Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sauber und funktionierte. Der Verwalter Daniel war einfach perfekt, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants. ”

Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra.”

“We hade a great stay in the villa during 9 unusually hot days in June. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely needed. We were 3 families 6 adults and 7 teenagers between 16-19. At the outdoor eating area we had both breakfasts and many home cooked dinners. The kitchen was quite well equipped and it was great with 2 ovens when we were so many. The slow two slice toaster was on the other hand a nuisance in the mornings. There was also something wrong with the electricity in the kitchen area...

“The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche.”

“The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

Personligt, fint och fantastiskt

"Från in- till utcheckning var servicen och upplevelsen fantastisk. Hjälpsam personal, fina miljöer och mycket god mat. Vi var tyvärr bara på genomresa men valde ändå att stanna en natt extra eftersom nöjdhetsfaktorn var och blev så pass hög. Fin poolmiljö. Hit åker vi gärna igen!"

Bör vara litet bättre.

"Detta är ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, men det är mer 3+. Fantastisk frukostvy, bistro. Tveksamt vid bokningen. Superiorrum med sjöutsikt, jo efter parkeringen och du kunde se toppen av fartygen. Bytte till juniorsviten istället. Ta inget rum på 2:a våningen. Spadelen fungerade halvbra, men hotellchefen tog åt sig detta och skulle åtgärda problemen, tog dessutom bort kostnaden för spadelen."

"Nice breakfast, great service, professional and clean. Comfortable pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Good pressure in the spacious shower. Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26€ to Ancona Centro, 45€ to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility. Cappuccino with latte art as well as great omelett is performed by Pietro S di Napoli, omelette has thin crisp layer outside, soft inside! Ancona is also a lot breezier and cooler than for example Roma and Milano, due to its geographical location! "
