“We booked last minute with the application and somehow miss to write the older of our child. The personal was not helpful at all and blamed on us as bad persons, the person did not want to give us the phone number of the manager. In the breakfast bread we found a metal ring,almost broke my teeth, if I swallowed it I could end up at the hospital. I never met such an aggressive person, she insulted us when we left the place. ”

“Blood stained sheets upon lifting pillow. Other unknown stains on sheets and mattress cover of both beds. Bunk bed combo double bed on bottom. Long hairs on bathroom sink. Long hair on entryway side table. Several hairs( possibly pubic) you decide with pictures. Dirty Baseboards and dust bunnies in common areas. We covered pillows with towel and used hiking blanket for comfort. I contacted host with our concerns he advised us to change sheets ourselves, wait 3-4 hours for cleaning staff or...

"We visited the Rebello for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff was so kind and helpful, their generosity adding even more joy to our stay. The breakfast was extremely good, with both a buffe and a meni to order off on. I think the pineapple was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The hotel is worth it for the small but gorgeously calming spa and wonderful view alone. We already miss the Rebello and will be recommending it to everyone visiting Porto."

"Ett av dom bästa hotellen vi har bott på faktiskt. Väldigt fräscha rum, fantastisk service ifrån personalen, jättesmidigt med garage under byggnaden då vi reste med bil. Trevligt tillägg att frukosten serveras in till rummet, vilket var sjukt smidigt för oss med en 3-åring och en 5-åring. Skönt läge då det ligger lite utanför det historiska centrumet. Cirka 3 minuters promenad till tunnelbanestationen som vi starkt kan rekommendera att nyttja för att ta sig runt i staden, men även helt bekvämt gångavstånd ner till historiska stadsdelarna, tog typ 20-25 minuter. Bo här!! Vi kommer att komma tillbaka nästa gång vi besöker Porto, 100%,"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ En fantastisk vistelse från början till slut! Sheraton Porto överträffade verkligen mina förväntningar. Servicen var exceptionell – all personal var varm, professionell och alltid redo att hjälpa till med ett leende. Rummet var rymligt, elegant, skinande rent och sängen otroligt bekväm, vilket gjorde att jag sov fantastiskt varje natt. Hotellets faciliteter var också utmärkta och hela atmosfären präglades av lugn, kvalitet och omtanke om gästen. Det här är utan tvekan ett av de bästa hotellen jag har bott på. Jag skulle gärna återvända och rekommenderar Sheraton Porto till alla som söker en lyxig, bekväm och minnesvärd vistelse i Porto. Tack för en fantastisk upplevelse!"

"Perfekt läge frukost ok men brödrosten behövs bytas då resenärerna inte klarade av den. Personalen fick lägga mycket tid att försöka visa. Svindyrt i hotellets bar 35 euro for två gin och tonic. Mer än en hel flaska handla inte där!! Gå till n på smågator om du ska gå på restaurang- halva priset ibland. Annars. En fantastisk stad!"

"I unintentionally made two reservations within minutes due to what appears to have been connection issues. The hotel clerk informed me of this, and I immediately started the process of cancelling one of the rooms. Despite the fact that the bookings were made only minutes apart and that I used just one room, hotel management refused to cancel the duplicate reservation or show any flexibility. This was not an attempt to misuse the system — it was an obvious booking error that could have been resolved with basic understanding and good customer service. Instead, the hotel chose to prioritize policy over fairness. Experiences like this are a clear example of how rigid profit-driven decisions can override common sense and customer care. The stay itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left a disappointing impression and made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid."
