“Pool was closed. Burger my husband got smelled rotten sent it back still had to pay for it and the old guy running the breakfast was pretty rude to us after the burger was sent back so we ate elsewhere after that. Room was nice but there were ants coming out of the door jamb in the bathroom. Bed was one of the comfiest we had so far in italy tho. Location was up high so no good unless you have a car”

“The property needed some maintenance in the spa and exterior. Cracks and concrete pieces were possibly evident from earthquakes in the recent months. The staff was as usual(I’ve stayed here numerous times since 2002)very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and compared to other hotels was the complete package. Great location with access to train, restaurants and shops, with priceless views of Capri and the sea it lies.”

“This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...
