Superfin lägenhet men ingen sömn
Perfekt fräsch och snygg lägenhet för två personer mitt i city. Men eftersom hotellets hus ( som de första byggnader i Prag) är K- märkt finns det ingen air condition. Sommar med 26-30 graders värme på dagen gjorde lägenheten väldigt varm och vi var tvungna att sova med fönstret öppet. Pga alla guidade pubrundor som går förbi utanför hotellet och att de höll på till kl fem på morgonen blev det inte mycket sömn trots öronproppar!!! Så vi kommer inte att besöka hotellet igen, vilket är synd eftersom personalen är jättetrevlig och lägenheten fin.

We dont provide A/C because we are historical building, so It is very hard for us to fix noise from street, because our residence is situated in city center. Familjeresa med barn 6 och 9 år
Superfint inrett, stort och mysigt. Nära till allt men inte bland massa trafik. Ska vi till Prag igen MÅSTE vi bo här. Enda minuset var avsaknaden av air condition. Rekommenderas starkt!

Semesterhelg i Prag.
Allt fungerade bra och rummet var fint, prydligt och städat. Väldigt centralt i Prag. Kom hem sent en kväll och ytterporten var låst. Tog 5-10 minuter innan någon kom och hjälpte oss att öppna. Säkert ett olycksfall. I övrigt, bara bra!

Fantastiskt fin lägenhet, bra läge och toppenservice. Tyvärr lite lyhört, men det fanns öronproppar på rummet.

Toppen Lägenhet
Detta lägenhets hotell var väldigt bra, både bemötande av personalen o den fina lägenheten i centrala Prag, bara något kvarter bort från gamla stans torg. Har ingenting att klaga på, försökte t.o.m boka om flygresan hem så vi fick stanna kvar några dagar till. Det man kan klaga på var vädret och man ska vara förberedd på att det är en hel del ljud ifrån passerande människor nere på gatan men man bor ju mitt i smeten. Skulle inte tveka att boka om detta hotell om jag ska ner till Prag igen, men då är det väl fullt.

Overall great experience. Tv didn’t work day 1 and there was an extra tv on the floor in the kitchen area. TV was fixed day 2 which was great, but extra tv stayed on the floor in the unit. Other than that, it was a great stay for sure.

This place was awesome! So close to the Old Plaza and Astronomical Clock! 5 min walk from the Palladium Mall which is very modern and also has a large variety of stores. Every morning we would just wake up and walk out and immediately had a choice of coffee or restaurants to go to. Also the in unit clothes washer came in really handy to wash jeans, sweaters, etc. We used the oven to make pizza one night when we wanted to stay in. The king size bed was excellent! Really happy with the property and communication.

I tried to contact by email on arrival as there was no hot water! We were given 2 towels for a three day stay also tried to contact by phone for fresh towels but no contact on either occasion! Also no iron !

No check-in desk, but the contactless Check-in was pretty easy but unless you have European calling capability the only way to communicate with the desk is by email. A live chat feature or texting feature would be great.

Very clean, well equipped appartment. Well located, near from old town of Prague. We could walk through all the city. Main gate-door, metal, noisy when guests enter late at night and slam it.

Great property (Appt 24 - Amadeus). Easy access with no need to check-in / obtain keys (access is via a PIN or YourKey app). Very clean. No air-con, but stand-up fan provided was more than sufficient. Easily walkable to the Town Square, Charles Bridge and other sights.

We had a very nice stay here with our 3 kids. It felt safe and close to literally everything we needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We walked to many historical sights right from the apartment. Metro trains (2 minute walk) took us everywhere else.

Really nice if you focus on the place itself
A lot to go through, trying to be fair. The place is lovely, we had two main issues. One it's not their fault: we had stayed at a different hotel the previous nights in Prague (a really nice one for a lot less money) so the comparison was hard to avoid. The other one was a far from ideal customer service, I checked out of the other rooms 11am, was ready to head to this one around 1.30 to make sure I had time for everything and wanted to have all the info before heading there... but nothing. Really hard to get answers via email, taking forever, I had to call three times, hard to reach them... not convenient at all. Once we got here, yes, the place is nice, spacious, with kitchen and laundry, room upstairs, and the best part waiting another set of stairs up, in the little terrace. We did not enjoy it much as we had to leave early the next morning. The main reason I booked this one was for that view, for our final night of our vacation, and the view is really nice indeed. When I put it together with the cost of the place, the challenges of the check in process and getting the codes and all, not sure it is worth it for one night, maybe not that terrible (cause the place is nice) if you are going to stay longer. Btw, location was pretty good quiet enough in spite of being walking distance to old town, the room and bathroom nice, pillows great, etc.

Convenience to old part of Prague, close to everything of historical significance and, after a couple weeks in hotel rooms, these apartments were a blessing. Clean, secure and quiet. All one could ask for, I wish I could have stayed longer and I will choose them again if my journey leads me back to Prague!

Loved the apartment it was spotlessly clean. I would suggest having 2 pillow covers on the pillows regardless if there is only one or two people sleeping in the bed. The street outside can be noisy especially if you are a light sleeper but it wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Convenient and Safe Apartment
We were so impressed with the apartment we had. Everything was so well thought through in particular the safety of entry with our PIN code and entry via the lift. Vicinity to the old town square was so amazing, only a short (less than 5 min) walk. Highly recommend.
