However I must admit our disappointment of you marking our property as "not design". We are proud member of certification Design Hotels TM and most of our guests are in awe about our glass staircase or butterflies installation from our architect, Mrs. Jiricna. And there is so much more architect features to explore! I guess everyone has a different preferences when it comes to design. We pride ourselves in having high quality matrasses in our bedrooms. I will however double check the bed in the room you stayed and if the mattress is damaged in any way, I will have it replaced immediately.
