We are happy to host you in a modern Attic with 2 double bedrooms and one huge terrace with a beautiful city view to relax your days or dining. The flat is on a quiet street and nearby the best cafès, and restaurants in the city and a beautiful park.

The tram stops at 150 meters and you can reach National Museum in 9 minutes. This is a good place to feel the positive energy of Vynhorady upscale residential area.

We are at your disposal 24/7 to make an enjoyable time in Prague.

The apartment is on the last floor with an elevator.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms each bedroom has a double bed (one sofa bed). The living room has a sofa bed on which 2 people can sleep.

We provide you with the following:
* fresh bed linens & towels
* shower gel, shampoo

The apartment is composed by:
1) Bedroom with double bed (premium mattress 160x200), a wardrobe with hangers.
Crib is also available on request during reservation.

2) Second bedroom with double bed (premium mattress 140x200)

3) Living room with a sofa that can be converted as a comfortable bed (160x200), dining table for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed to prepare your favorite dishes.

4) Bathroom: colossal shower, big sink, modern hairdryer, bathroom cabinet, bidet,

5) Huge partial cover terrace with dining table for 6 people and amazing view of the city. This is really unique terrace in Vinhorady and you have a lot of privacy.
You can also make a grill.
There is also a balcony connected to the first bedroom downstairs.

You will have access to the entire house.

My cleaning lady is doing laundry for linens in the apartment, which means there are hanging on the laundry rack to be dry if you don't like them tell me ahead of time.

Other things to note
Our apartment is regularly kept clean with all furnishings and appliances in new condition, kindly maintain the space in order and report any issues experienced or unwanted occurrences during your stay.

Please AVOID bringing food or dirty items into the bed area. Excessive stains and tarnished bed linens and towels will have an additional cost.

Please be considerate to other tenants around you and avoid unruly behavior and excessive noises.

Maximum occupancy limit must be followed. Guests are allowed visitors but unregistered guests are not allowed to sleep over.
